Here’s my unfiltered experience
Perfect location for shopping, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and the unique Yatai stalls. The hot baths, both indoor and outdoor, were a delightful bonus. Just a minor hiccup with a parking miscommunication, but the friendly staff made checkout a breeze. Breakfast next door was an enjoyable treat, too!

Can recommend for a concise stay
Convenient location, clean public bath, with a comfortable King Room that had free wi-fi and an efficient 24-hour reception for assistance when I requested extra towels.
Thoroughly pleased.

Couple looking for relaxation
I enjoyed the hot baths they had especially the rooftop bath was something I looked forward to every evening after a long day. The staff was accommodating too, they swiftly provided me with extra towels when I asked at the front desk.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but the experience made it worth it.

The bed in my room was exceptionally large, and the vegetarian breakfast options were the best I've encountered across six hotels in Japan. I appreciated the daily fresh towels and the warm welcome of returning to a well-cooled room. However, the lack of clear labeling for vegetarian dishes made me hesitant to try more options, and I received only one towel per person at check-in, which was a bit inconvenient.

I loved being a short walk to both Kego Park and the bustling Tenjin Underground Shopping Center, which made my weekend strolls so enjoyable, allowing me to easily explore the area and soak in the sights while having a comfortable room to return to after my adventures.

I enjoyed the large bed and the variety of vegetarian breakfast options. The daily towel service was nice, and I appreciated that the air conditioning kept the room comfortable when I was out exploring. I felt welcomed by the polite staff during my stay. Eating a healthy breakfast after relaxing in the onsen was a nice touch to my journey. As someone who enjoys road trips, this was a good start to my travels this year.
The public bath was smaller than expected, and it felt crowded at times. Also, parking arrangements were confusing.

This place is a solid choice for a quick layover in Fukuoka with good value for the price. The onsen was relaxing, although a bit crowded during my visit. I'd recommend looking for nearby parking options instead of using the hotel parking for better rates.

Spacious room with great vegetarian options
I had a wonderful stay in a spacious King Room that felt very comfortable with modern decor. The breakfast was a highlight, offering plenty of delicious vegetarian options, including fresh bread and fruit. The staff were attentive and respectful, which added to the overall positive experience. One area for improvement could be clearer labeling of vegetarian dishes at breakfast.

The King Room I stayed in was super spacious, definitely larger than what you'd usually get in Fukuoka. The bed was huge and comfy, which is a big plus! Breakfast had a lot of vegetarian options, very thoughtful! Just wish they had labels for the vegetarian dishes though. Overall, a really comfy setup.
